Everyone will love this fresh and quick beef stir-fry!
Heat oil in a large frying pan or wok and fry beef in batches for 1 minute each side, then set aside.
Mix Keen’s Satay Beef Recipe Base with peanut butter and coconut cream until well combined. Add the mixture to the same frying pan with spring onions, snow peas and mix well.
Bring to the boil stirring and simmer for 2 minutes until vegetables are just wilted, then return the beef and warm through.
Serve hot with steamed rice.
