An indulgent sweet treat that packs a health punch.
Line the bottom and sides of a loaf tin with baking paper.
Preheat oven to 180°C. Combine all ingredients a bowl and mix well.
Press the mixture firmly into prepared tin.
Bake for 20 minutes or until the edges barely start browning.
Cool for 10 minutes and cut into bars. Store in a cool dry place for up to a week.
Add ½ teaspoon of cinnamon to the mixture.
