For a non-alcoholic drink that still packs a punch, try this coffee infused mocktail.


  • 6-8 pcs cloves

  • 4-5 pcs star anise

  • 3-4 pcs ginger julienne

  • 2-3 pcs cassia bark (alternatively cinnamon)

  • 1 tsp  brown sugar

  • 2 pcs  lime wedges

  • 30ml  ginger beer

  • 40ml  Nespresso Monsoon Malabar coffee


  • 1.

    Muddle the cloves, star anise, ginger and cassia bark. Add brown sugar, lime wedges and muddle further.

  • 2.

    Add the ginger beer, ice and an espresso shot of the Nespresso Monsoon Malabar coffee.

  • 3.

    Shake well then strain over ice. Serve short with a sprig of mint and coffee dust to garnish.
