For a non-alcoholic drink that still packs a punch, try this coffee infused mocktail.
Muddle the cloves, star anise, ginger and cassia bark. Add brown sugar, lime wedges and muddle further.
Add the ginger beer, ice and an espresso shot of the Nespresso Monsoon Malabar coffee.
Shake well then strain over ice. Serve short with a sprig of mint and coffee dust to garnish.
