A perfect little treat for your taste buds and your body, and a great little chocolate hit just in time for Easter.


  • Brownies                                                                                                                        

  • ½ cup ground oats

  • 1/3 cup IsoWhey Wholefoods Organic Bio-Fermented Pea + Brown Rice protein powder

  • 1 cup dates

  • 2 tbsp cacao

  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

  • Chocolate coating

  • 2 tbsp coconut oil liquid form (may need to be heated)

  • 2 tbsp cacao

  • Optional- Sweetener of choice to taste (brown rice syrup, agave, maple syrup, raw honey)


  • 1.

    Combine all brownie ingredients in a food processor. Blend until well combined. Measurements are a guide, experiment with ratios as needed; if too dry add extra dates, coconut oil or even a little water. If too wet add more oats or protein powder.

  • 2.

    Roll into small bite-sized balls and place on a plate lined with greaseproof paper. Pop in the freezer to set.

  • 3.

    Combine all chocolate coating ingredients in a small dish. Stir until well combined.

  • 4.

    Dip chilled brownie bites into chocolate and place back on lined plate. Store in the freezer or refrigerator.
