A beautiful sweet fish in Asian flavoured sauce.
Rub fish with crushed garlic, Salt and pepper
Rub 1 tbsp of soy sauce onto the fish
Let it sit for 10 minutes before grilling
GRILL each side until golden brown with drip tray to catch the juices
Place the fish in a large platter and save the juices
Place the juice in a pan add olive oil, remaining soy sauce
Saute the bell peppers, onions and shallots quickly in a hot pan
Season it with salt and pepper
Place it in the centre of the fish on the platter and
SERVE WHILE IT'S STILL HOT.
