Nice quick easy entree or light meal


  • 20ml Vegetable Oil

  • 6x de-veined green Prawns (tail shell on)

  • Small pinch of Chilli flakes

  • Juice of 1/2 Lime

  • 30ml Malibu

  • 150ml (approx) Thickened Cream

  • 2x leaves Pac Choy

  • Serve of Jasmine Rice


  • 1.

    Heat oil in pan and add Prawns - stir fry lightly

  • 2.

    Add Chilli then Malibu (flambé)

  • 3.

    Add Cream and Lime juice and Pac Choy

  • 4.

    Reduce till sauce consistancy

  • 5.

    Serve with a side of Jasmine rice
