Preheat oven to 170 Deg
Cut ribs to 3 bones per portion.
Mix all ingredients (except water) together to make sauce.
Place half the ribs in each tray.
Pour half the sauce over the ribs in both trays.
Pour half the water into each tray (on the side so you don’t wash the sauce off).
Cover very well with Aluminum foil and seal well.
Cook for 3 hours covered
Increase temperature in oven to 190 deg
Remove cover on food and return to oven for 30 minutes to brown and glaze at 190 deg
Check and turn ribs in this time.
