  • 500 grams raw almonds

  • Olive oil

  • Salt


  • 1.

    Empty raw nuts into baking dish

  • 2.

    Drizzle Olive over

  • 3.

    Salt liberally

  • 4.

    Toss a little

  • 5.

    Put into preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes 180 deg

  • 6.

    Turn occasionally while cooking

  • 7.

    Remove from oven, salt again and leave to cool
