  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil

  • ½ cup almond meal

  • 1 tablespoon Natvia

  • 1 egg

  • ¼ cup desiccated coconut

  • 6 almonds (optional)


  • 1.

    Preheat oven to 180º C and line and grease a baking tray.

  • 2.

    Melt 1 tablespoon of coconut oil.

  • 3.

    Mix in 1 egg, ½ cup of almond meal, 1 tablespoon of Natvia and ¼ cup of desiccated coconut.

  • 4.

    Roll into 6 balls and place an almond on top of each.

  • 5.

    Bake for 10-15 minutes.
