Preheat oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with baking paper.
Combine oats, flour and baking powder in a medium sized bowl.
Blend sliced bananas, Norbu and vanilla, then stir through peanut butter until well combined.
Stir wet mix through dry mixture to form a batter . Place tablespoons of mixture on tray, top with peanuts and bake for 15 minutes.
Stand for 2 minutes then transfer to a wire rack and drizzle with melted chocolate and sprinkle with salt.
To melt chocolate: Place chocolate in a snap lock bag and heat in the top half of a double boiler (or a metal bowl placed over a small saucepan with boiling water) until melted.
