Preheat oven to 150°C.
Line a baking tray with baking paper and spray two small flan tins with oil.
Whisk egg white until soft peaks form, then gradually whisk in the Fangks.
Add vinegar and corn flour, folding in gently, then pour into flan tins. Bake for 45 minutes or until firm to the touch.
Remove from oven and cool.
To serve, top with yoghurt, berries and grated chocolate.
