This Australia Day, prevent over-indulgence with this healthy yet delicious gourmet pizza, created by Weight Watchers.
Sift the fl our into a large bowl. add the yeast, sugar and salt and stir to combine. Add ¾ cup (180ml) warm water and mix with a wooden spoon to form a soft dough. Turn onto a lightly floured surface and knead for 5-7 minutes or until smooth and elastic. Place in a lightly greased large bowl. Cover and set aside in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
Preheat oven to 240°c. Place 2 large baking trays in the oven.
Punch down the centre of the dough. Turn onto a lightly floured surface and knead for 20–30 seconds or until smooth. Divide the dough in half. Roll out each piece of dough on a lightly floured surface to form a 25cm disc. Place the pizza bases on the preheated trays. Spread with the passata. Top with the ham, mushroom and bocconcini. Bake for 15–20 minutes or until the bases are golden
And crisp. Serve sprinkled with the basil.
