Here's a delicious smoothie that's also vegan, gluten and nut free, using Natural Raw C, created by food and health blogger Caroline Groth


  • 1 small mango, frozen

  • 1 small banana

  • 1 tsp natural honey

  • 1/2 tsp turmeric

  • 1/2 tbsp coconut cream

  • 4 fresh mint leaves

  • 1/2 cup Natural Raw C

  • Handful fresh blueberries

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • Fresh mint leaves

  • Chopped fresh mango


  • 1.

    Add all ingredients to your blender and pulse until all ingredients are well mixed

  • 2.

    Transfer to a bowl and decorate with fresh blueberries, fresh mango, chia seeds and mint leaves

  • 3.

    Relax , savour, enjoy!
