Guillaume Brahimi and Tefal have teamed up to create a range of delicious Christmas dishes. Try this tagliatelle with fresh squid.
Place a Tefal Heritage Triply 24cm Sautépan on high heat with water and bring to boil.
Once boiling add salt and tagliatelle and cook for 9 minutes or until al dente. Strain tagliatelle and set aside.
Place Tefal Heritage Triply Wok Pan on high heat. When the Thermo spot is red add squid, toss quickly and fold squid into the tagliatelle.
Add garlic, herbs and grate zest over pasta and serve.
