Guillaume Brahimi and Tefal have teamed up to create a range of delicious Christmas dishes, such as this glazed ham, perfect for your family get together.


  • 7 kg ham (skin removed)

  • 60 gm brown sugar

  • 40 gm Dijon mustard

  • 60 gm maple syrup

  • 20 ml white wine vinegar

  • 1 tablespoon cloves


  • 1.

    Pre heat oven to 170 degrees.

  • 2.

    Place sugar, mustard, maple syrup and vinegar in a bowl and mix.

  • 3.

    Score the fat of the ham in diagonals.

  • 4.

    Place the ham into Tefal Reserve Collection baking tray.

  • 5.

    Brush the ham with the glaze and spike a clove in each diamond shape on the top of the ham.

  • 6.

    Place in the oven and cook for 1 hour and 45 minutes and glaze ham every 30 mins.

  • 7.

    Remove the ham from the oven and allow to rest for 30 minutes. Carve the ham to serve.
