Pre heat oven to 170 degrees.
Place sugar, mustard, maple syrup and vinegar in a bowl and mix.
Score the fat of the ham in diagonals.
Place the ham into Tefal Reserve Collection baking tray.
Brush the ham with the glaze and spike a clove in each diamond shape on the top of the ham.
Place in the oven and cook for 1 hour and 45 minutes and glaze ham every 30 mins.
Remove the ham from the oven and allow to rest for 30 minutes. Carve the ham to serve.
