Chef Guillaume Brahimi and Tefal have teamed up to create delicious Christmas dishes, such as these spiced pancakes.
Place flour, baking powder, spice, nutmeg, salt and sugar in a bowl and whisk together. In a separate bowl, mix eggs and milk together with a whisk. Allow mix to rest.
Place Tefal Reserve Collection 26cm Frypan on medium heat and add butter and pancake batter. Fry pancake on one side and when bubbles begin to appear flip over the pancake and continue cooking.
Once ready remove from pan. Repeat process until all the batter has been used.
Wipe out Tefal Frypan using a cloth. Place sugar in fry pan and when a light caramel colour is made add blueberries and water cook for 1 minute before removing from the pan.
Place cream in a bowl and add brandy, vanilla and sugar and whisk until it reaches a thick consistency.
Dress pancakes with blueberries and Crème and serve.
