Tomato and bocconcini is a match made in heaven. All the more reason to include it at your next social gathering.
Partly slice 2 or 3 slits in each cherry tomato, place thin slices of bocconcini into slits, together with one small basil leaf.
Mix together balsamic vinegar and olive oil and pour over top to serve.
