This cocktail made using Bombay Sapphire is great for entertaining with friends this Christmas.


  • 45ml Bombay Sapphire

  • 30ml lime juice

  • 15ml 1883 Ginger syrup

  • 120ml Fever Tree Ginger Beer

  • 6 mint leaves


  • 1.

    Add ingredients into a large highball glass, fill with cubed ice and stir

  • 2.

    Garnish with a mint sprig and sage head
