This cocktail made using Bombay Sapphire is great for entertaining with friends this Christmas.

Ingredients

  • 45ml Bombay Sapphire

  • 30ml fresh lemon juice

  • 10ml 1883 Orgeat

  • 10ml sugar syrup

Method

  • 1.

    Add ingredients into a large highball glass, add crushed ice and swizzle until well frosted

  • 2.

    Garnish with a mint sprig, orange slice and 2 dashes of bitters
