  • 45ml Bombay Sapphire                                                 

  • 30ml lemon juice                                             

  • 20ml lemon thyme sugar syrup    

  • 30ml soda water                                              


  • 1.

    Add ingredients into a large highball glass, add crushed ice and swizzle

  • 2.

    Garnish with a dehydrated lemon wheel
