The Dinner Project

This quick and easy breakfast is made with cranberries, macadamia nuts, yoghurt and mint.


  • 260g (2 cups) toasted muesli

  • 325g (1¼ cups) natural yoghurt (vanilla)

  • 125ml (½ cup) light milk

  • ½ cup dried cranberries

  • 2 tbs roasted roughly chopped macadamia nuts

  • 1 tbs finely shredded mint

  • Honey, to drizzle


  • 1.

    Combine muesli, yoghurt and milk in a large bowl and stir well to combine. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

  • 2.

    Divide “Swiss wake You Up” muesli among bowls, scatter with cranberries, macadamia nuts and shredded mint. Drizzle with honey, to serve.



  • Create your own favourite combinations of muesli, nuts and dried fruit. Alternatively use fresh seasonal fruit.
  • The “Swiss Wake-You-Up” is when you prepare and soak grains, muesli, dried fruit and yoghurt the night before so it is ready when you wake up.
