Pineapple and Jalapeno Salsa
Recipe by Weigh It Up


  • 20g fresh pineapple, peeled and hard core removed and finely diced

  • ¼ red onion, finely diced

  • 1 jalapeno chilli, stem removed, deseeded and finely chopped (or other green chilli)

  • 1 teaspoon Natvia Stevia blend

  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano

  • 1½ tablespoon rice wine vinegar

  • pinch of salt and pepper

    Combine all ingredients and chill for 30 minutes.
