20g fresh pineapple, peeled and hard core removed and finely diced
¼ red onion, finely diced
1 jalapeno chilli, stem removed, deseeded and finely chopped (or other green chilli)
1 teaspoon Natvia Stevia blend
2 teaspoons dried oregano
1½ tablespoon rice wine vinegar
pinch of salt and pepper
Combine all ingredients and chill for 30 minutes.
