Have a Scandi-style breakfast with Valentine Warner’s oat waffles served with slices of traditional Norwegian brunost cheese.
Tip the flour into a large mixing bowl. Add the baking powder, vanilla powder and sugar
Into the flour. Mix together and add the oats.
Pour the milk into a measuring jug and add the eggs. Whisk together using a hand whisk until combined.
Pour the milk mixture into the flour and mix thoroughly until smooth.
Butter the waffle tin using a pastry brush. Pour the batter mix into the middle of the waffle machine so that it spreads out to the edges and cook for a few minutes on each side so that the waffle is golden brown.
Slice up the brunost cheese and serve with the waffles.
