Preheat oven to 180°C and spray springform cake tin with oil.
Place oranges in a saucepan, cover with water, bring to the boil and simmer for 45 minutes.
Drain and allow to cool.
Cut oranges in quarters and place in food processor with apricots and process til smooth. Add eggs and continue to blend until thick and creamy.
Add almond meal, oats and Natvia and continue to blend until smooth. Pour batter into prepared cake tin, sprinkle with oats and orange zest.
Bake for 45 minutes, or until an inserted skewer comes out clean.
Allow to cool in tin for 15 minutes before turning out.
