  • ¼ cup skim milk

  • ¼ cup low fat Greek-style yoghurt

  • ¼ cup low fat cottage cheese

  • 3 tablespoons oat bran

  • 2 teaspoons chia seeds

  • ½ banana

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 teaspoon Natvia Stevia blend (optional)

  • 4 ice cubes


  • 1.

    Blend all ingredients until thick and creamy and serve immediately.
