Process oats, Natvia and LSA to a flour.
Add pumpkin seeds and pulse to chop roughly (but don’t over process)
Combine egg whites and milk in a bowl and gradually add to dry ingredients.
Stir until combined and rest for 5 minutes, adding a little more milk if mixture is too thick.
Heat non-stick fry pan over medium heat and spray with oil.
Add ladlefuls of batter and cook until bubbles appear and golden brown, flip and cook other side.
Serve with low fat Greek yoghurt and fresh fruit, like sliced fresh strawberries or banana.
