Banana, Coconut & Walnut Smoothie

This awesome breakfast smoothie recipe is quick, healthy and delicious.

  • 250ml (250ml) light milk

  • 250ml (1 cup) light coconut milk

  • 35g (1/3 cup) roasted walnuts

  • 1 large ripe banana

  • 1 tsp vanilla paste

  • 2 tbs honey


  • 1.

    Place all ingredients into a blender and blend for 6 minutes or until walnuts are smooth.

  • 2.

    Divide smoothie among glasses and consume immediately.



  • Consuming a banana is as good as consuming a sports drink before a work out.
  • Bananas provide antioxidants, potassium & other nutritional benefits.
  • For a variations, add some fresh raspberries and some chia seeds. Chia seeds are a seeds from a plant where a lot of people think chai is the same. Chai is a particular way you prepare tea.
