Recipe by Rosa F.G. This is a pretty yummy recipe. Please note that it’s not entirely sugar free, as it has some brown sugar in it.


  • 125g softened butter

  • ¼ cup Natvia Stevia blend for baking

  • ¼ cup brown sugar

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 egg

  • 1 cup gluten-free plain flour

  • ¾ cup gluten-free self-raising flour

  • ½ cup milk chocolate bits

  • ½ cup white chocolate bits


  • 1.

    Preheat oven to 160 degrees Celsius.

  • 2.

    Line 2 baking trays with non-stick paper.

  • 3.

    Beat softened butter, Natvia, brown sugar and vanilla extract for 1 to 2 minutes or until smooth and well combined. Beat in 1 egg.

  • 4.

    Stir in plain flour and self-raising flour in two batches. Stir in ½ cup milk chocolate bits and ½ cup white chocolate bits until evenly distributed. Spoon tablespoonfuls of the mixture into balls and place on the lined trays.

  • 5.

    Bake for 18 minutes or until light golden and cooked. Transfer to a wire rack to cool.

  • 6.

    Store in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
