Natvia Almond Butter

  • 100g almonds, raw or dry roasted no added salt or sugar

  • 100g soybeans

  • 80-90ml liquid from can of soybeans

  • 2 teaspoons Natvia stevia blend

  • 15g skim milk powder


  • 1.

    For a crunchy instant version: Put all ingredients except the almonds in a blender/food processor.

  • 2.

    Gradually add liquid until desired consistency is reached.

  • 3.

    For a Smooth version: Process almonds until like almond meal/med-fine ground coffee.

  • 4.

    Add all remaining ingredients except the liquid.

  • 5.

    Process whilst gradually adding liquid until desired consistency is reached.
