Chef Tareq Taylor's hometown of Malmo is Sweden's third largest city. The food scene here is inspired by the large immigrant population whose recipes have given Malmo a new energy.
Place all of the ingredients, except the cream, in a hot pan. Cook on medium high heat for 2–3 minutes.
Add the cream and continue to cook for 2 minutes.
Serve hot as it is or together with ice cream. Garnish with marigolds and thinly sliced apple.
