Pre heat oven to 180 c.
Mix together kibbled Lupin and the milk. Stand for about 10 to 20 minutes.
Soften the butter, add the egg, sugar, vanilla and mix.
Then add kibbled lupin mixture and mix together.
Now put in the sultanas.
Sift, flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt into the mixture.
Fold the mixture carefully until just mixed. NO more than 15 times.
Mix to much and the muffins will be real flat.
Cook for about 20 mins cook time depends on the size you make the muffins.
