  • 90g butter

  • 1-2 teaspoon vanilla essence

  • 1/3 cup Natvia stevia blend

  • 1 egg

  • 1/2 cup self raising flour

  • 3/4 cup plain flour

  • 1 cup choc bits (or half white and half milk choc or sugar free chic bits)

  • 2 tbsp milk


  • 1.

    Pre-heat oven. Beat butter, essence, egg and Natvia in a bowl with electric beaters. Add flours, choc bits and milk.

  • 2.

    Place in cookie sized lumps on greased or lined baking tray and bake at 180 degrees celsius for 20 minutes or longer until brown if you like them crispy. Allow to cool.
