Grease cupcake moulds with vegetable oil.
Prepare a steamer over medium high heat.
Mix plain flour and baking powder together, set aside.
Mix mashed banana and coconut milk together, set aside.
Beat eggs and Natvia till pale.
Slowly add the flour mix to the egg mix and gently stir with a spatula.
Add in the banana and coconut milk mix and gently stir again until just combined.
Pour batter into cupcake moulds until ? full. Place them into the steamer you have prepared.
Steam the cakes for 15 minutes.
Retrieve cakes. Let stand for 5 minutes before easing them out of the moulds.
