Lime Green Smoothie
Recipe by Weigh It Up


  • 50g spinach

  • ½ Lebanese cucumber, roughly chopped

  • 1 kiwi fruit, roughly chopped (including skin)

  • ½ banana

  • ¼ cup low fat Greek yoghurt

  • ½ lime, roughly chopped (including skin)

  • 15-20 picked mint leaves

  • 1 tsp Natvia stevia blend

  • 6 ice cubes


  • 1.

    Blend all ingredients in a blender, then pour into a tall glass.
