½ Lebanese cucumber, roughly chopped
1 kiwi fruit, roughly chopped (including skin)
¼ cup low fat Greek yoghurt
½ lime, roughly chopped (including skin)
15-20 picked mint leaves
1 tsp Natvia stevia blend
6 ice cubes
Blend all ingredients in a blender, then pour into a tall glass.
