Len Protein Balls

  • 1 cup almond meal

  • ¼ cup and 2 tablespoon desiccated coconut

  • 2 scoops flavoured protein powder

  • 2 tablespoon Natvia stevia blend

  • 2 tablespoon greek yogurt


  • 1.

    Mix the almond meal, coconut, protein powder and Natvia in a large mixing bowl.

  • 2.

    Mix the greek yogurt into the dry mixture until at a thick consistency.

  • 3.

    Roll the mixture into bite sized balls.

  • 4.

    Roll the balls in extra coconut until covered.

  • 5.

    Leave in the fridge for 2 hours until slightly hardened. Enjoy~


Chocolate flavoured protein powder is the tastiest. Use more or less Greek yoghurt until it is at the right consistency to make into balls.
