Lactose free Apple Crumble

Ingredients

  • 1 large can pie apples

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 6 sachets Natvia stevia blend

  • 1 cup oats

  • 1 cup low fat museli

  • 1 cup coconut

  • ½ cup crushed walnuts

  • 2 tablespoons melted nuttelex

Method

  • 1.

    Place pie apples mixed with 1 teaspoon cinnamon in greased casserole dish.

  • 2.

    Sprinkle sachets of natvia over apples.

  • 3.

    Mix together oats, museli, coconut, walnuts and nuttelex together then spread over top of apples.

  • 4.

    Bake in 180°C oven until crumble is golden brown.
