  • 2 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted

  • 125g light cream cheese at room temp

  • 1/2 cup light peanut butter

  • 5 oreo cookies

  • 1/2 cup light cream

  • 150ml greek style yoghurt

  • 3 teaspoons Natvia stevia blend

  • 1/2 teaspoon gelatin

  • 25ml water (to dissolve gelatin)


  • 1.

    Place oreo cookies in food processor until crumbs. Mix with unsalted melted butter and put a small amount into six individual dessert bowls/cups. Place in the fridge to chill.

  • 2.

    Whip 2 teaspoon of Natvia with light cream just until slightly thick.

  • 3.

    Beat the cream cheese and peanut butter together until well combined. Add yoghurt, gelatin and 1 teaspoon Natvia. Mix well. Add the cream mixture and fold in to mixture.

  • 4.

    Scoop out the mix in to the cups and refrigerate for a couple of hours.


If you want a fuller mix use full fat cream and fold in at the end when you add the light cream. Depending on your taste you can increase or decrease quantity of Natvia.
