Place all the ingredients ( milk, coconut, eggs, vanilla, flour, butter and Natvia ) in a mixing bowl (or blender)
Pour into a greased and floured 25cm pie plate.
Bake in a pre-heated oven set at 180 degrees for 35 to 45 (depending on your oven) minutes or until golden brown.
Test with sharp knife or skewer to make sure cooked in middle.
