  • ½ cup cocoa powder (heaped)

  • 4 tablespoons coconut oil (melted)

  • 1 tablespoon Natvia stevia blend

  • 1 tablespoon skim milk

  • 10g goji berries


  • 1.

    Mix together Natvia and milk till dissolved (microwave for 10sec if necessary). Mix together cocoa powder, coconut oil, Natvia and milk mixture until smooth.

  • 2.

    Add in goji berries. Pour into chocolate moulds and keep in refrigerator till set.

  • 3.

    Serve immediately from fridge (it will melt at room temp due to coconut oil’s low melting point).
