Combine milk, tea and Natvia stevia blend in a small saucepan and bring to just below boiling point. Remove from heat and stand for an hour.

Strain mixture and combine with yoghurt.

Churn in an icecream maker according to manufacturer’s directions. Place in freezer until ready to use.

If you don't have an icecream maker, follow these simple steps: Pour yoghurt mixture into a shallow tray (a slice tin or plastic container are best), cover with plastic wrap and freeze for around 3 hours, or until almost firm.
5.
Remove from freezer, blend in a food processor until smooth and creamy, then transfer back into a shallow tray and freeze overnight.
6.
Remove for a few minutes before serving.
