  • 1/2 cup(s) boiled wholemeal pasta

  • 100 g skinless chicken breast

  • 1 tbs basil pesto

  • 1 cup(s) mixed salad leaves

  • 4 individual cherry tomato


  • 1.

    Cook 1/2 cup (85g) of wholemeal pasta

  • 2.

    Cook 100g of chicken breast and add to cooked pasta

  • 3.

    Add 1 tbs of basil pesto with mixed salad greens and sliced cherry tomato
