Try this gorgeous, healthy breakfast recipe, made with dates, apples and cinnamon.


  • 1/2 cup(s) dry rolled oats

  • 2 individual fresh dates

  • 1/2 medium Apple, finely chopped

  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

  • 1/2 cup(s) skim milk

  • 120 g artificially sweetened no-fat vanilla yoghurt

  • 1/2 cup(s) fresh blueberries


  • 1.

    Combine oats, dates, apple and cinnamon in a bowl and toss.

  • 2.

    Pour in skim milk and serve with yoghurt and blueberries.
