Don't reach for a greasy burger at lunchtime, make this healthy alternative and save on calories and cash!


  • 1/2 medium red onion thinly sliced

  • 1 tsp olive oil

  • 50 g multigrain bread roll halved

  • 1/4 large avocado mashed

  • 30 g iceberg lettuce

  • 1 small fresh tomato

  • 100 g deli-sliced roast beef

  • 1 serve(s) Vanilla Yoghurt


  • 1.

    Slowly cook ½ red onion (thinly sliced) in 1 tsp olive oil until caramelised.

  • 2.

    Fill 1 x 50g wholegrain roll (halved) with 1/4 avocado (mashed), 30g lettuce, 1 tomato (sliced), 100g deli sliced beef and caramelised onion.

  • 3.

    Follow with Ski Soleil Vanilla Flavoured Yoghurt.
