This sensation seafood soup is a must try this winter.


  • 1 tbs miso paste

  • 170 g udon noodles

  • 125 g prawns

  • 80 g pak choy (1 cup, shredded)

  • 1 individual green shallots finely chopped

  • 2 tbs fresh coriander chopped


  • 1.

    Stir 1 tbs red miso paste into 1 cup (250ml) boiling water.

  • 2.

    Add 170g boiled udon noodles, 125g peeled and cooked prawns, 1 cup finely shredded baby pak choy leaves and 1 finely chopped green shallot.

  • 3.

    Serve sprinkled with 2 tbs chopped fresh coriander.
