Step away from that take-out pizza! Make your own healthy option with this tasty recipe.
Preheat oven to 200°C or 180°C fan-forced.
Place 1 x 67g wholemeal pita pocket on a baking tray.
Spread pita with 1 tbs black olive tapenade and 2 tbs tomato pasta sauce. Sprinkle with 2 tbs reduced-fat grated tasty cheese and top with 25g 97% fat-free deli sliced ham, 2 Swiss brown mushrooms (thinly sliced) and 2 cherry tomatoes (thinly sliced).
Bake for 8–10 minutes or until base is crisp. Sprinkle with 1 tbs small fresh basil leaves.
