  • 67 g wholemeal pita bread

  • 1 tbs tapenade (olive paste)

  • 2 tbs tomato pasta sauce

  • 40 g Cheese, 50% Reduced Fat, Tasty Cheddar, Grated (2 tbs)

  • 25 g 97% fat-free deli sliced ham

  • 2 small Swiss brown mushrooms

  • 2 individual cherry tomato

  • 1 tbs fresh basil


  • 1.

    Preheat oven to 200°C or 180°C fan-forced.

  • 2.

    Place 1 x 67g wholemeal pita pocket on a baking tray.

  • 3.

    Spread pita with 1 tbs black olive tapenade and 2 tbs tomato pasta sauce. Sprinkle with 2 tbs reduced-fat grated tasty cheese and top with 25g 97% fat-free deli sliced ham, 2 Swiss brown mushrooms (thinly sliced) and 2 cherry tomatoes (thinly sliced).

    Bake for 8–10 minutes or until base is crisp. Sprinkle with 1 tbs small fresh basil leaves.
