This low fat wrap is a quick and tasty lunch option. 


  • 50 g wholemeal tortilla

  • 1 can(s) tuna canned in spring water, drained

  • 1/4 small red onion ((2tsp), finely chopped

  • 1/4 small fresh tomato (1tbs), diced

  • 1/2 cup(s) cos lettuce

  • 40 g Cheese, 50% Reduced Fat, Tasty Cheddar, Grated

  • 1/4 small red capsicum

  • 1 tsp sweet chilli sauce


  • 1.

    Preheat sandwich press.

  • 2.

    Place a 50g wholemeal tortilla on a flat surface.

  • 3.

    Top with 95g can tuna in spring water (drained), 2 tsp finely chopped red onion, 1 tbs diced tomato, 1/2 cup cos lettuce leaves (30g), 2tbs reduced-fat grated tasty cheese, 1/4 small red capsicum (sliced) and 1 tsp sweet chilli sauce. Roll tortilla to enclose filling.

    Toast, seam-side down, for 2–3 minutes until golden and crisp.
