Cook 1/4 cup of quinoa in small saucepan with boiling water until water has absorbed.
Place quinoa, 1/4 cup rolled oats, 2 tsp pepitas, 1 grated green apple, 1/4 cup no-added sugar apple juice and 1/4 cup no-fat Greek yoghurt in a large bowl.
Serve muesli topped with blueberries. Serve with herbal tea or skim latte.
