Inspired by the classic long island ice tea and one of Brazil’s most famous beaches, this cocktail is ideal to start the party and celebrate the wins!

Ingredients

  • 300 ml Peach and Lychee fun flavoured Dilmah tea

  • 3 cups Ice cubes

  • 80ml (1/3 cup) chilled Vodka

  • 80ml (1/3 cup) Tequila

  • 80ml (1/3 cup) White Rum

  • 80ml (1/3 cup) Cachaca

  • 60ml (1/4 cup) Cointreau Liqueur

  • 60ml (1/4 cup) Fresh Lime Juice

  • 55 g (1/4 cup) Caster Sugar (or to taste)

Method

  • 1.

    Brew the tea, add in the sugar and allow to cool.

  • 2.

    Divide the ice evenly among serving glasses.

  • 3.

    Pour over the Vodka, Tequila, Rum, Cachaca, Cointreau, Sugar syrup, Lime juice and cooled Tea.

  • 4.

    Garnish with mint leaves and lime wedges.
