  • 1 cup hazelnut meal

  • 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder

  • ½ teaspoon baking powder

  • 6 sachets of Natvia stevia blend (same as 6 teaspoons)

  • ½ cup vanilla yoghurt

  • 2 eggs

  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 ½ tablespoons vegetable oil


  • 1.

    Preheat oven to 180°C and line a brownie tray

  • 2.

    Mix all dry ingredients together (hazelnut meal, cocoa powder, baking powder and Natvia stevia blend).

  • 3.

    Beat in the yoghurt and the egg; make sure you put one egg in at a time then add in vanilla extract and vegetable oil and mix for another minute or so.

  • 4.

    Pour mixture into the tray and bake for 16 minutes.

  • 5.

    Once it’s done, cool it on a wire rack and just before serving, sprinkle some shredded coconut on top just to add some extra flavor!
