  • 1 individual wholemeal bagel

  • 1 tbs light cream cheese

  • 30 g smoked salmon

  • 1 tsp baby capers, rinsed, drained

  • 1/2 medium fresh tomato

  • 1/2 medium fresh cucumber shaved

  • 1/2 cup(s) rocket leaves


  • 1.

    Split and toast 1 wholemeal bagel.

  • 2.

    Spread with 1 tbs light cream cheese and top with 30g smoked salmon, 1 tsp capers, ½ sliced tomato, 1/2 shaved cucumber and 1/2 cup baby rocket leaves
